TWOth Autosport | 2015 Season Recap

As January comes to a close, we take a moment to look back on TWOth Autosport in 2015. From a growing ChumpCar program, to improved performance of our popular Honda Civics, impressive new race cars, and the continued development and support of our drivers and clients, 2015 proved to be a year of growth and refinement, not only our customers but ourselves as well.
To our customers, colleagues, teammates, and co-drivers, who are now our racing family, we thank you for being a part of the 2015 season, and look forward to more races, adventures, and podium celebrations in 2016!
Trevor & Travis – TWOth.

The Growing Fleet

Last season, our ChumpCar team grew from a 2 car operation to an 8 car, complete customer support program, with the addition of Verdun Racing, OB Prestige Auto Racing Team, Dome Motorsport, and ChumpsForCharity.
Impressively, every TWOth car either lead a race, took home a class victory or claimed an overall win in the ChumpCar series in 2015!

Faster and Faster

Comparing the June 2015 7-hour race at Calabogie to our series debut in 2013, TWOth’s average lap time has improved over 20 seconds per lap!
Experience, increased resources and talented new members within the organization have led to these incredible gains, with even more expected for the upcoming season.

Moving Forward

As drivers progress through the racing ranks, we do our best to make the transition as smooth as possible with more than just car support.
Data acquisition, driver coaching, setup and adequate testing time were just a few of the key factors to ensuring a successful series debut for Tomlinson Motorsports in the 2015 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada.

New Developments

We love playing with new toys…
Thankfully, 2015 also saw some awesome new hardware at TWOth Autosport.
This mean Nissan GTR race car from OB Prestige Auto was certainly a conversation piece throughout the summer, boasting a 2.08 lap time at CMP throughout the initial testing days!

Up Next…

The 2016 racing season is fast approaching and work has already begun for many of our racing endeavours. Our goals for the new season are simple: improve upon our 2015 programs in supporting our drivers and customers to reach their racing goals, while continuing to grow our organization and achieve success in new areas of the motorsports industry.

On the next update, look out for a recap from the monumental 38 hour endurance race at Palm Beach International Raceway over NewYear, plus our 2016 ChumpCar series schedule. Included are both our Canadian and American racing events, as well as opportunities to join us at some of the most prestigious racing venues in North America!
